Dinner Rolls

1 cube margarine or butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
2 eggs
1 pkg or TBSP yeast
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
6-8 cups flour

Heat milk and margarine in microwave until butter is melted and milk is very warm. In a large bowl mix 2 cups of the flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Add hot milk and margarine to dry ingredients. Mix well. Add orange juice and eggs. Beat until it forms gluten (2-3 minutes). Add flour a cup at a time until thick enough to knead. Add only enough flour to be able to knead wit out sticking. place in a greased bowl, greasing all areas of bread dough. Let double in size. Cut in half. Roll each half into a circle and brush with butter. Cut in half, then into quarters. Cut each quarter into thirds. Starting with largest end, roll to form a crescent. Place on baking sheet. Let rise again till double in size. Bake 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees. Brush with butter.
Note: Same dough can be use for scones or cinnamon rolls!
